Warranty Policy

One-Year Limited Warranty

All helmet accessories are shipped with a warranty card, QR code included. Your product(s) MUST be registered within 14 days to participate in the BraapNation warranty program.

This Limited Warranty applies to accessories, and only accessories, purchased from BraapNation LLC. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, workmanship or broken components under normal use during the warranty period.

The warranty period for BraapNation LLC Helmet Accessories is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement of your accessory assumes the remaining warranty of the original accessory or 6 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage NOT resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

If able, BraapNation LLC will repair your accessory, at no cost, if your purchase is still under warranty. If beyond repair, we will replace your item, at no cost, and conduct an investigation and perform further product testing to improve the durability of our products.

To obtain warranty service, please email returns@helmetbow.co with photos and an explanation of why a warranty service is requested. If granted, a return label will be provided via email, and a replacement will be shipped once the original product is received. Please allow 3-4 days for the processing of your warranty return.

Our warranties are non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser and/or original gift recipient.
